Naciones sin Estado. ¿Es posible una agenda de comunicación nacional?
La posibilidad de una agenda de comunicación nacional es el tema de la jornada organizada por la fundación Ezkerraberri paa el próximo día 28 de Septiemtre en la sede del Parlamento Europea en Bruselas. El objetivo es analizar las dificultades que encuentran las naciones sin estado para configurar una agenda comunicativa propia y obtener conclusiones que resulten efectivas para su aplicación.
La jornada ha sido organizada por Ezkerraberri Fundazioa, por la fundación eurpeoa Centre Maurits Coppieters y por el grupo del parlamento europeo Los Verdes - ALE. El eurodiputado gales Jill Evans prologará las jornadas.

Most of the Stateless nations have their own language, that is different from the state's official language and a lot of them are in a minority situation. Panellist will discuss strategies that could help deal with that bilingual/multilingual situation and, at the same time, normalize the minority language.
